These terms govern the use of this platform and the solar panel cleaning and maintenance services offered by Seçkin Enerji.
1. Scope
These terms apply to all appointments booked through this platform and all services provided by Seçkin Enerji, Pfortenweingarten 4, 63526 Erlensee.
2. Subject of the Contract
The subject of the contract is the cleaning and maintenance of solar panel systems in accordance with the agreed appointment or quote.
3. Booking Appointments
Appointments are booked bindingly through the customer account. Seçkin Enerji confirms the appointment after checking availability.
4. Prices and Payment
The prices published at the time of booking apply (see price list or individual quote). A price quote generated through the platform is valid for 7 days from creation unless stated otherwise.
5. Discount and Invitation Codes
Discount and invitation codes are valid for one-time use only, are non-transferable, and cannot be combined with other promotions. The right to the discount lapses without replacement once the stated validity period has expired.
6. Cancellation
A booked appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge via the customer account up to 24 hours before the agreed time.
7. Liability
Seçkin Enerji is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence in accordance with statutory provisions; otherwise, liability is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to typical and foreseeable damage.
8. User Obligations
Users must provide truthful information when registering and must keep their login credentials confidential.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform (text, graphics, logo) is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without the consent of Seçkin Enerji.
10. Changes to These Terms
Seçkin Enerji reserves the right to amend these terms with effect for the future. Users will be informed of material changes.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
12. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
